I can’t believe how in depth this app attends to my needs throughout the day both for personal and work things. I absolutely recommend this app!

Better than things 3, agenda, omnifocus and all other todo apps I tried.

In short, the app allows me to do the right things at the right time or if not, ensures you’re doing something at the scheduled time. I was using other to-do lists, but is constantly overwhelmed with just planning and choosing what to do at what time. This app does auto scheduling and you can easily adjust it should things change (or like me, I simply let unfinished tasks auto return on the next day, and just focus on doing what’s on the schedule). Get your shit done, if you scheduled for it. Another tip: Being random is also better not getting any shit done.

Tried the free trial and find it useful. I have used many such apps and the main problem encountered is the difficulty in entering the details. Sorted has a great layout and is easy to work on. Two thumbs up!

This instantly replaces Trello, Agenda, iOS reminders and my calendar. I’m glued to it and it’s always open. Loving the beta macOS version - can’t live without that. I’ve been looking for a way to automatically schedule tasks around my events for over a year now and the auto schedule function is just AMAZING!!! When my 10 call goes for 30 minutes, pushing everything back by 20 minutes and fitting tasks around movable events is just amazing. This app is dynamic as my day and the developers seem to be able to see into my mind and have built a tool that complements my scatterbrain perfectly! The app keeps crashing when I use the auto schedule function on iPhone, but reopening it seems to fix it until the next time. Slight annoyance but sure this will be fixed soon.

Was looking for an app that contained a To Do list and a daily calendar view and this is it. Used it during the trial period and find it so useful and easy to use and have now signed up and the good thing is that it is a one off fee . You make a list of things to do and you allocate them on whatever day you wish. It's easy to look for the future and see what you have coming up and easy to search for things. You can also organise your day by putting your to dos in time order but I don't tend to use this function much. Location based reminders would make this even better and being able to organise to dos by different methods would also be welcome but overall very happy with this app and look forward to future updates.

I’ve tried too many productivity apps to count, and Sorted has to be among the very best I’ve tried. The more you use it, the more impressed you’ll be with its robust and elegant design. Highly recommended.

Hardly do we get to experience apps with such fluid and seamless design that would make even Steve Jobs proud, this is one on those. Hope this app rises to the top and we continue getting awesome updates.

Looks really nice and is easy to use.

I’ve tried many many to do list apps over the years, none quite worked how I wanted them too, all I abandoned after a few days. This one is almost perfect. The calendar integration, showing you in one spot everything you have to do on a day, the ability to define how long a task will take, everything really works. Using icons from the emoji keyboard really helps making folders, lists and tags visual and easily memorable.

I’ve used numerous task apps in the past, but Sorted has by far been the best, it’s easy to use, syncs with all of my devices, and allows you to have different categories for different things. Unlike a lot of other task apps, this one allows you to have separate lists, as well as separate to-do tasks, all while allowing you to plan out your day perfectly. This app definitely allowed me to get more organized and I would recommend it to anyone with a cluttered mind.

I have tried numerous planning apps that offer a range of sometimes useful, but usually pointless and gimmicky. Sorted seems to have nailed it. I use virtually all of the elements of this app and it has assisted me greatly in planning my day. I especially love the ‘auto schedule’ which plans my day for me once I’ve jotted everything down. Very cool app.

Great application but I miss weekly/monthly views and scheduling options.

Sorted is the best todo list app I've used, it's simple yet powerful with their auto schedule feature. The only thing I am waiting on now is their mac app. As of now, I just use apple reminders on my Mac which syncs to my sorted inbox.

I’m currently in pursuit of building a system for my new family. Incorporating David Allen’s GTD and Tiago Forte’s PARA method. This app (after searching and playing with many apps) seems so far able to handle it! Is collaboration something planned on the roadmap?

I currently buy use this hyper-scheduling task management App. To do fixed morning routines tasks fast. (To schedule within minutes time frames.) And to break down all my slow big projects tasks. This App is created to be perfect. Tip1: use Lists as core. Don’t use Schedule unnecessary. Tip2: repeat after completion. Not regularly.

Must have app, if you have lot of tasks to do and need to reschedule frequently (usually we all do). Five Starts !!!

Having tried so many to do apps i find this is the best the only function i would really love to see is to be able to import emails into your inbox.....any plans?

I tried these before: - todoist - omnifocus - things 3 - reminders - moleskin actions - agenda This app beats all of them in terms of todo. One killer feature here is the ability to see tasks alongside your calendar items.

I came from an app with a very nice interface and was doing okay with it. I tried this app for 2 weeks and found out that I’m able to schedule my time properly and I’m able to really see what’s important and take action on them. Take the 2 week trial and see for yourself how this will benefit you. The fact that I can focus on 1 scheduled task at a time helps me not get overwhelmed. I can properly allocate my time and energy

But, it’s really the best app as I’ve tried all of them. Things 3 and all the others popular apps with lots of reviews and marks are worse, trust me.

Well thought through design and user interface, sound effects, etc. Useful, nice-looking, easy-to-use, multifunctional. However because it’s functionality comes with complexity. The application has couple of glitches and bugs still, no big deal though.

I stumbled on this app almost by accident and it was just what I needed. I’ve know for awhile that following a to-do list is not how you get first priority things done. It happens by scheduling them which is something Sorted does well. However, it doesn’t overlook the need for to-do lists; it simply provides the right system to actually get your to-do’s done ..you schedule them! It takes a little time to learn the features but really worth it. I’ve used the amazing PIM called Ecco Professional on my desktop for years and Sorted has some of its capabilities. I highly recommend this for busy people who want an app that can help them manage their time well (and get things done..in the right order!)

I’ve been looking for an app that combines scheduling and task-management for a really long time, and as far as I can tell sorted is really the only app that not only does it, but does it well. I don’t have much to say about the main draw of the app, aside from that it’s exactly what the developer says it is (which is great!). What makes this app really stand out to me is all of the other details that make the app more convenient and United Statesble: * It has a really clean widget, for seeing your upcoming schedule at a glance and checking off tasks * The Apple Watch app is one of the best I’ve seen, and the widgets are perfect for keeping me on task (and knowing how much longer I need to stay on task) * You have a lot of flexibility in how you think about your tasks, as you can group tasks and events by projects, folders, tags, dates, and even durations. While I love the app, and can no longer live without it, I have two minor complaints: * The app isn’t very smart; you can’t really tell the app General times you’d like to do the task (as far as I can tell, maybe I’m wrong), and the app doesn’t offer to shift around your schedule or anything if you’ve misjudged how long something takes (it won’t move other tasks up if you finished early, and it won’t let you break up tasks you started that you haven’t finished). Even the auto-scheduling feature the developers like to advertise I’ve found sometimes bugs out and just assigns all of my tasks to the end of the day at the same time. * Development isn’t super active right now. I’ve heard this is because the developers are investing all of their time in building a Mac app from the ground up (which I’m excited about!), and it’s also not like the app isn’t finished or really needs that many new features, but when compared to other task managers development for the iOS app is pretty lackluster right now. Regardless of those two points, I love this app, and would highly recommend it if you need a task manager that is actually aware of your time (plus, $15 is a fantastic deal for a full task manager app for iOS and iPad).

This app is perfect for my to do list making obsession! A great feature is that what I didn’t get done yesterday automatically carries over to tomorrow.

Intuitive, incredible design, Things on steroids! I have tried a great number and this is the best I have ever seen. I cannot see how it could be improved. Worth every penny, and no subscription!

I’ve been through a majority of calendar and to do apps. Sorted combines these two I’m a way that really makes sense to me. If you commit to the method here, this is a really powerful tool!
