Wall of Love

I love this app. It’s everything. I’ve needed in a planner app & more. I usually write out my weekly schedule and it takes so much time this has made my life so much easier. I would suggest being able to view your schedule in a weekly view so you can see your week at a glance. Also being able to color code in your schedule like you can in google calendar would be phenomenal. Finally, being able to add a range of time when tasks can be completed. This way I can say “ideally I get ready sometime between X&X whatever works best in the schedule” rather than having to lock it down. Also, being able to add a folder to your schedule to say “I’m doing a group of tasks & this is what they all basically are (ex: from 11-12 I’m sending emails and here is what the emails are in the folder).

A *priority function* would be helpful.

I have tried nearly all of the GTD apps in the store and this wins hands down for my needs. This truly is an amazing app.

Coming from Omnifocus 3, Sorted3 was a huge upgrade. It’s so easy to plan your day now. But we know that the day never goes as planned. No problem. Extremely easy to reschedule tasks. This app is what I’ve been looking for. Unbelievable how easy it is to use.

I’ve tried a LOT of to do apps. Like a LOT of them. And this one is just, magic, perfection, amazing, gorgeous, simple, feature packed. Being able to auto schedule tasks is so helpful for figuring out what one can ACTUALLY get done in a day, instead of feeling under productive you can set realistic goals and then achieve them. I would love to see a web version come out so I can do it on my PC but it’s good enough to overcome that major hurtle. Once that happens it will be perfection at its finest. If you’ve not tried it yet as least do the free 14 days. You will be amazed.

Love the integration of calendar and todo-app to a combined work tool. Making it easy to reschedule. Used a todo list previously, but with the optional adding of time to each task, you get them done, instead of saying maybe later.

Edit: found the Beta MacOs app, so 5*!! I really do like this app, but unfortunately they don’t support it on your Macbook, while this is the place I do most work on. I leave my phone at the side to prevent me from getting distracted. 5* if they’d offer a solution for this, than I would buy this app for sure!

Great app! If these features were added, it would be perfect. -web verision -connection with google calendar -swipe right to ga back on iPad (like iPhone version does) -⭐️"mark as important " button on the right side of tasks (optional activation) Because current way to mark items as important by using "tag" is not smooth. It needs two actions and the button is so small. -⭐️bigger "done" button option Thank you for your developing!

Excellent solution for planning, easy to start and setup, very convenient in use, customizable and combines the features of a paper planner with digital calendar.

1. It will be cool to have an option to choose a background color of a task (especially on Apple Watch) White color is really too bright and boring. 2. Is it possible to simplify an icon of Apple Watch compilations (Infograph Modular and so on)? It just looks overcomplicated. I think it's better and cleaner to use a single number of tasks left (2 -> 1 -> 0) in a circle, instead of using 3 different numbers: imgur.com/a/OJfZSbS

This is an outstanding task management app! Easy to learn and use and the scheduling feature is super powerful and helpful for managing my day!! Great work! Only suggestions: 1. Ability to share tasks and 2. Richer features for creating or editing events (e.g. setting a reminder for a specific day).

Like many users, I tried many to-do apps, task organisers and calendar apps. This is the best and most versatile I have ever used. It’s my favourite and also the most suitable one for me so far. I have subscribed to Moleskine Actions. I chose it because it’s quite user friendly and I could see ‘today’s tasks’ instead of all things messing up. And also allow me to create to-dos without time, like creating a wish list. But, I couldn’t add sub tasks. But this Sorted, has every functions or features I wanted. Tasks with time and duration, showing all tasks and events in day view so I know what I can actually do in a day. Also, I can create wish lists (no time set for them), organise them into folders, and add notes! I also use this to create my groceries list (by adding my to-buys as sub tasks) 🤭 For me, it’s a to-do app, calendar app, note app, and groceries buying app! Thanks for creating this app, it’s awesome! Btw I’m waiting for its web version! ❤️❤️

It has changed the way I plan my day, and I’m incredibly pleased with it. I briefly had a problem with the app not working. I’m pleased to say that everything is working excellently now, and the support team was very helpful and responsive.

I love this app, having used many Todo apps including Wunderlist, Google Todo, Things.... This one feels like its built for me. I do have one request I hope can be added to the app in the future. I do many things using the shortcut app to automate, If we can get more useful shortcut support that would be great! Thanks for the great work!

Update: So I have been using this app for few days now and I am really liking sorted way of managing my tasks. Sorted makes scheduling fun. It’s satisfying to slide left and select multiple tasks to merge them or slide a ruler to reschedule my tasks or split one large task into multiple small tasks. It’s all very intuitive and fun way to manage and organize stuff. I am able to get rid of fantastical and ticktick from my phone and only have agenda and notion for older notes. All my new things are going in sorted 3 right now. I am able to complete more of my tasks just because I am putting everything on my schedule now. 5 stars from me. I have been trying this app for couple of days now. I like it a lot so far. I have tried lot of other todo/note apps so far. Sorted has the potential to be all in one app if they allow entries without having to have a checkbox in front of them. Hear me out now. Not all items are the ones need to be completed. There are some reference items I want to keep it there forever. Having checkbox in front of them seems odd. To be able to toggle checkbox on or off for individual items would make sorted a true all in one app. They already have a support for file attachments so they are almost there. I have been using notion, agenda, TickTick and Apple reminders for different reasons right now. Sorted could eliminate the need of all other apps but notion for now. Chrome web clipper support would Be icing on cake if they can do that. Keep up the good work.

I tried a lot of different apps for my to does, lists etc. but this one is THE ONE. Great UI and it just works.

It’s like the developers somehow heard about all my needs and made the perfect app! I immediately deleted the other apps I was using and am now using just THIS. Thank god because those other ones are subscription based. I like that this is a one off payment even though the price is pretty steep. But I think it’s worth the money, the developers really took their time in refining the useability of this app. No regrets! Thank you for making such a wonderful tool!!

I really like how this app melts calendars and reminder apps into one. UI is minimalist and supports MARKDOWN for good! Another cool thing is I can directly insert items from other apps. Finally it‘s possible put instagram posts, youtube video links or photos directly into a reminder with the share button and even they look nice. In ios reminder it never worked properly and calendar app is not handy for that. The only thing missing is a desktop or web version for my mac.

Although already structurally and fundamentally better then any due to the integration of to do and agenda it has the potential to to blow them all away (eg fantastical) if it is brought up to standards with those apps = frequent and many updates. Keep it up!!!

After trying at least one zillion calendar, task managing and workflow apps. For me this really works. Not just the first two weeks but for several months. It doesn't ever make duplicates if not asked to. It has a “repeat after completion” setting. It’s clean and beautiful. It’s quite intuitive. It has good info on both why and how to use it. It’s taking less time for planning and filling than most. Of course there’s always ways the app can grow and improve. My workflow would love a way to import a bunch a photos (of screens, trix to work on with the dog, plants to repot, holes in clothes etc) and make each an inbox item. Without having to schedule, descriptions. Maybe an option to chose a duration and a marking for urgency (NOW!, later today, this week, before x/x and sometime). But that may be a thing for me and nobody else. And maybe a way to make a energy budget - not just the ordinary time budget. So auto schedule get better information on how to blend things in. But really. I’m content. Finally I have something that works and is sustainable. That’s pure relief

I am really liking this app over Things3 because of the fact that I can make calendar events as one of the tasks to get done, and it's easier to get accustomed to. However, I would really like a weekly or upcoming days view so that I can see what's coming up as well. Also a button that returns to ”today” page would be really convenient. Please consider this in your next update :)

sorted is great app

I have tried, what seems like, a thoUnited Statesnd productivity apps (Omnifocus, 2Do, ClickUp, Things, Wunderlist, 30/30–which I really miss). This app is hands down the best at actually turning a todo list into an actionable plan. I can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s especially user friendly when things go sideways and the plan needs adjusting, because, as we all know, no plan survives first contact with the day. Please add a MAC desktop Version, and a way of synching both ways with iCal. You’ll have me for life if you do.

Filter at your heart’s content. Have your events shown as tasks to be checked along with your to-do’s. Get items from up to one of your Reminders List, so new items get automatically transferred to Sorted and completed in Reminders. Unchecked/incomplete/unfinished tasks with a deadline get automatically transferred to your ‘tomorrow’ list. What’s not to love? Amazing app!

This app performs the admirable feat of being innovative, capable, and a pleasure to use all at once. The user experience is terrific. There are intuitive gestures for selecting and scheduling multiple tasks at once, inserting a new task anywhere in the list, breaking up an existing task into multiple smaller ones, and so forth. Every action is smooth and quick. As far as productivity paradigm goes, this app is solidly of the “schedule everything” opinion. But it appears to also have been built for flexibility, and I enjoyed reading through the bite-sized, integrated guide that explains the philosophy. Overall, this is an app with a novel approach to managing your todo lists that also manages to be extremely well-executed. Highly recommended.

I have been searching for a task app that will work on iPad iPhone and Apple Watch. This app is the winner. It is great.

I can get more things sorted and done. trust me it's good.

NEW REVIEW: After support got back to me, they were able to point me in the right direction of what might be going on. It turned out that it was due to my iCloud storage being full, and once I cleared some of it out, it went back to working just fine. I still stand by my original review with that it is the best todo app I have found. OLD REVIEW: This app is amazing. What I found that is better then other to do apps that I have tried is that you have to set a duration for how long a task is going to take you. This allowed me to see if I have too much going on, and can plan accordingly, on top of all of the other features that this app has. However, I am having major issues with iCloud syncing. It never worked very fast for me when I first started using Sorted, but a few months ago it broke all together. Support was great... at first. After a few emails, it seemed like they forgot about me. It’s partly my fault, as I never sent a follow up email(I did today), but I also made the dumb mistake of deleting the app from my phone, thinking that it would fix it, and my data would be safe because it was in iCloud. Well that one is on me, and it must have been my quarantine mind that made that stupid decision. But now, I need iCloud to work, because I have a lot of my old lists and todos on my iPad. But again, it just doesn't’ want to work at all. Hopefully the devs will get in touch again and we can work this issue out. I surely will update this review when they do.

Sorted! This app is truly beautiful. It has a very well thought out user interface, that looks as good as it functions. It really makes a mockery of Apple’s own Tasks app, which pales by comparison, in this reviewer’s opinion. There’s so much to love that it’d be too long to list but the auto schedule and various methods of adding new items deserve a special mention. These features are very well implemented and make scheduling straightforward. Also loveable is the absence of a subscription pricing model and the need to create a user account. However, there is a small issue with the scheduling feature - and in fairness probably a tricky one to solve; splitting a tasks across other tasks. For example, let’s say you have a fixed start time and duration task called “Lunch” that happens every weekday at midday. You then want to schedule a task starting at 9 AM that goes for 6 hours. You can do that however the app just allows the two tasks to overlap, making the end time over the day incorrect. In other words, the tasks are concurrent. This situation becomes problematic when using the auto schedule feature, which tries to move the long task to a place in the day where its duration fits, uninterrupted. Hopefully there will be a way, in a future release, to split a task across other tasks, filling in available time. This is still a 5 star app, all day long. Congratulations to the development team on producing something great (even the in app help is terrific). Oh, if you head over to their website and English is your first language, you may find some of the content a little difficult to understand - that may need looking at :)

Sorted3 has been a lifesaver for me in managing personal life and fast paced deals at the office. It keeps me focused and removes decision fatigue during the day. I have looked around for other apps that are similar, including task lists and timers, but none work as well as the hyper AND flexible scheduling of Sorted3. Can’t wait for the web app, please!
