Integration of calendar and to do list in best way.

I’ve been running a separate calendar and to-do app for a while now and while both of those apps were really good at what they do this app merges those two into exactly the app I’ve been wishing I had. I just got this and started the trial but I’ll be buying the full unlock without hesitation. Complex and versatile with a beauty and simplicity that makes it a joy to use. Apple Watch integration is the cherry on top.

Fantastic App that reminds me so much what I love about Things and gets a bit more prescriptive, which is especially useful for someone like me. The auto-schedule feature, as well as the expansive task options are exactly what I was looking for. Two Requests: - Full Keyboard Navigation support on iPadOS (this would be so spectacular—I might've missed a few keyboard shortcuts if this has already been implemented) - A more system style dark mode option with a option for black during fullscreen

After trying several to do list I came across Sorted3 and ever since I tried it, it became my only day to day to do list app. Best part is scheduling part, where you allocate time for each to do and then see how your day will be like, which is what Sorted3 is all about. And it’s easy to shift tasks and reschedule them. Can’t recommend enough.

This is one if those apps that makes you wonder why other tools haven’t done this before even after they’ve been around for years. Love the speed and simplicity of use with great underlying smarts that make all that possible. Would like to see better integration with the mail app and tagging of lists but overall great!

I love lots about this app, calendar integration, todo list as a well as a scheduler/time blocker, being able to organise things in projects, list and tasks/events, so many needs rolled into the one app. But for me the things that stand out the most compared to other apps is being able to also add and easily format and reorganise all the smaller parts of a task, especially being able to add documents and photos to the actual task so it is all there ready to go when needed. This also appeals in the history section as a record keeping tool, you have all the items there attached, and can add finished documents or photos to the task as well. Not having to then list where to find related documents/photos etc are is such a big timesaver. The other bonus is being able to change the date and time of task completion if needed for more accurate record keeping. I just hope this app gets bigger and better, please continue to nurture and grow this baby!

Hello, as I think it’s one of the best app for planning our daily activities. I just wanted to ask if you could add more different app icons. Because in my opinion this one isn’t attractive 🙂 So you can offer a choice to your costumers. Thank you for your work

Love this app, was a Things user but wanted the ability to add images. The magic sort is an excellent feature as are the multiple ways of viewing my schedule. Excellent digital addition to planning and journaling. The only feature I would add is the ability to attach audio to tasks or events.

I compared Sorted 3 with Vantage, etc. This is the best app I’ve ever got. However, there’s 1 tiny request: Could you possibly develop an interactive app icon like Apple Calendar did, once the clock hits 00:00, the date changes. Sorted 3 is so great that I wanna replace Apple’s official calendar (preferably a dark app icon for those who use dark mode)

I would like to see more integration with the iOS Reminders app. Enjoying it otherwise!

Update 17th February 2020: I had to contact support for help figuring out how to create an unusual (for me anyway) recurring event. The response I got was incredibly helpful. In short: a superior app with top notch support! 🎉 I only used the trial version for 3 days when I realized that I this is the app I didn’t know I needed. No need to wait to purchase the full unlock so I jumped right in. This app is incredibly powerful, yet simple to use. I suspect that I won’t be using my reminders app (Due) or my calendar app (Fantastical) any more. Well worth the price. So happy that it’s not Subscription based as well. I can’t think of a single thing to make it better (I’m sure that will change though😍). In a word FANTABULOUS.

If you have ADD, this is the one you want. The tickling and snoozing are killer features. And since I believe that ADDers are just more aware of things that would be more functional for the general public, pretty much everyone would benefit from this task tracker over others. The calendar integration is a very useful adjunct feature.

Tried lots of todo apps, but many don’t make provisions for pictures which I consider a must. Also don’t like the idea of having to sign up and put everything in the cloud. This app is perfect in my opinion.

This is a task apps which feeling very helpful to my orginise. I rare write comment on apps, but this is good. Thanks the developer.

I’ve tried every single to do list app and what I’ve found is that none of them work. It turns out that to do lists just become buckets for tasks you’ll never do......unless they’re scheduled. That’s what makes this app special. Your events plus your tasks are all in one place and there’s no need to have an app for a calendar, app for a to do list, app for a reminders. It’s all here. With that being said, the one request I have is an updated export function. Being able to export tasks by week in a list would be extremely helpful. Also, I can’t wait for the desk top app, which I know will be a hit. Other than that, this app is an all around performer, with a one time purchase 🙏🏽

This is the best planner app I know! Scheduling tasks is perfect for me and auto scheduling is a great feature.

Still not properly syncing even when background refresh is enabled. I need to completely close the app on iPad and iPhone to get it synced. Reported that months ago. Update: Support suggested to delete and re-install the app. (Data in iCloud not deleted!). Sync works perfect now. Thanks so much. AND THANKS FOR NOT USING THESE RIDICULOUS SUBSCRIPTION. I‘LL SEND A PIZZA.

Great app. Truly sorted out. I have a terrible sense of order, I’m all over the place always and I can’t manage to get my life situated on how I do things. I try my best but still to no avail. I have to have things sorted out in my head to be able to handle and I can’t without a visual of some sort. Sorted helps me see it and adapt it in my mind to where I can actually focus and see it to get it done. Not always in that order one wants to but it’s a start. With practice and patience it gets better with time. Just stay dedicated and let the app help you. Follow as much as you can and it will get easier with the consistency of using it. This is the one!! Thank you to those who created this. You have brought some order into my life. P.S. it’s important that you read the tutorials and tips. They are the key to every sorted door. Learning it and reading it makes it all come to life. Don’t be like I used to be not wanting to read the instructions to anything and expect it all to build itself. Waste of time. Read all!!! This does everything I need it to without the app itself getting in the way. I love you Trello, but some very simple things like a grocery list become too cumbersome in your app. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still using both, but for simpler things it’s Sorted all the way.

Ive tried many other programs, this is by far the easiest to use and has many useful features. I use it for basically everything day to day. Recommended above all others.

I have tried many apps including Apple's new and improved iOS13 reminders app, Mocrosoft todo app, ticktick and a few others but Sorted is one of the best apps that I have stumbled across. Calendar and tasks integration is on a whole another level. Can't recommend the app enough.

This is the only todo app I found that take the approach of scheduling by hours in mind. I love it because it make me treasure every hours of effective working

Can't repeat task every 2-more days on Russian. Its very necessary for me. Fix it and I'll become your client instead of using things.

This is a really well designed app. I too have tried them all and have a hard time staying with any of them but Sorted really brings together all the things I need to keep organized. The combination of task manager and event scheduler works better for me in Sorted than the other apps that try to do the same thing. Well worth a try. (There is a nice set of guides within the app that explains the philosophy behind the design that is helpful).

Right up front, thank you for giving us Sorted2 buyers a free upgrade. That was a great gift for me who thrived using your scheduling app. I love that you can sync to multiple devices now, and my only suggestion going forward is to make more colourful themes (just like in Sorted2) so we can personalize our own scheduling experience. Other than that, 5 stars all around, keep up the great work. I’ll try and ‘buy you coffee’ some time!

expect a macOS version

This app integrates very well with my life. Me & my wife use this app to schedule family events, she uses Apples stock calendar app; I use this app to get everything synced between the two of us. This app also works well with syncing up with the reminders app from Apple. I’m very pleased with this app.
