I use Sorted many times a day. I have been using it for more than a year. And, it has not let me down at all.

I’ve tried a LOT of ToDo apps, and every time, at some point it goes out of control and the list turns into a “wish” list. This app is exactly what I’ve looking for, a way to SEE the tasks, mixed with calendar events. It’s so much easier to make a realistic plan, and actually get things done, which is hard when your day is filled with lots of meetings, and not a lot of time in between. Add to that emails, slack messages, and constant interruptions... Before, I’d just put stuff in the list, hoping I’d have the time to do it. This approach forces you to really think exactly what you want to accomplish, think how long it would take, so only concrete actionable items are added. Broad tasks don’t make sense. This may not sound real, but this app is really helping me manage my workload, and as a result I feel more focused and less stressed at the end of the day, having accomplished more and without that horrible feeling of realizing you still have lots of things in the list because you couldn’t even finish half of it. Thanks guys for creating this!

It is wonderful task manager.

I’m an appaholic—if that’s a thing. Here, let me prove it. I’ve used Trello, OmniFocus, Things, Clear, Long Day, Moleskin, Google Keep, Microsoft Todo (formerly Wunderlist), Apple Reminders, Anylist, Bullet Journal, Focus List, Post-It, Agenda . . . and the list goes on. My point: Sorted has everything I’ve ever wanted. Time-based todos, automation, natural language suggestions, beautifully fluid interface, Siri shortcuts, calendar integration, customizable notifications. I must be leaving something out, but don’t take my word for it. This isn’t a freemium app either. It costs a flat $15 after the free trial—no subscription like Moleskin and others. It’ll be the best fifteen dollars you’ve ever spent. And if it isn’t, then maybe productivity isn’t for you 😜

The UX is sooo good. It’s a powerful app with many clever features and a clean design. 10/10 would download again.

If I were to make a list of features I’ve always wanted in “Things” Sorted3 would be it. Integration of Calendar events (not just listed above in tiny font), easy to look ahead by just clicking on a date, easier use of tags (get a list of everything with a tag in a list), notes with some Markdown formatting, if I want to mark a repeating task completed as done I don’t have to wait for it to show up “Today”... And, I could try it out before purchasing!

I have had countless to do apps and they all work perfectly well but the same thing always happens. You end up with a growing list of undone things. This app makes you focus and commit to doing a task, at a certain time for a specified period of time. Result ,you actually do it. Just the simple act of scheduling the jobs motivates you, rather than it being a list of things you will do tomorrow “sometime “. A calendar app can perform the same function but when you finish a task early or reschedule it you then have to manually change all the other tasks that day as well and of course we never bother doing that. This app will reschedule all the time slots for you. So money where my mouth is. I stumped up the full price after the fully functional free trial,with no naughty auto subscription.

This is my first ever review of an app and I’ve been part of the ecosystem since the beginning. This is the app for me when it comes to scheduling and task management. Pairing it with Microsoft To Do works extremely well. Also it has a reasonable one time purchase option of 15$ UNHEARD of for these types of apps, usually they have some ridiculous monthly subscription. Developers please don’t cave to market trends and keep this a one time purchase!

Brilliant UI design; super intuitive to use.

I’ve been using Sorted for awhile now and I’m loving it! Unfortunately the latest iOS13 update has made the text editing a little buggy. The underlying text that enable these features are no longer hidden after implemented. For example, highlighted text show up as highlighted with the “::” still visible around the ::highlighted:: phrase (a few additional examples include *bold* text and _underlined _ text). I still love the app! Just flagging these issues here so the devs are aware of them. Thanks and stay sorted!

Absolutely the best

Really well thought-out. Unlike other productivity tools I’ve used, I don’t feel like I have to adapt the way I do things to the way it works and it doesn’t feel like just another thing to manage. It supports a natural approach to organising and planning and its exceptionally well-designed UI (the best I’ve ever seen in an app) makes it effortless to use. After spending a few minutes looking at the included guides and using it for a few days, I bought the full version without hesitation, and would have done so at several times the price.

Wonderful app

I love Sorted, and it’s the first one I’ve stuck with, despite having tried a number of highly rated ones. I use it with the iOS system, and like the fact that calendar dates are integrated well, and data syncs up reliably to all devices. There are a lot of options for organizing and prioritizing your tasks, flagging items, putting them in lists, scheduling or not scheduling items, etc etc. Moving items to other dates is also super easy. Items can be repeated easily, for recurring tasks. My only complaint is that it’s too effective; it’s easy to add a whole bunch of items and then feel guilty they haven’t been done. Take their advice and pace yourself folks! :) In re that point - their first two articles in the Help section, are excellent.

The best todo app I’ve tried.

This app is wonderful. I have all my schedule and my to do in one spot. I am able to “brain dump” anything that comes to my mind. Then I can either schedule it for later in the day or some other time. The app has allowed me to realize what’s important, what can wait, and what I reasonably have time for. I would highly recommend it.

Looking forward if web version is available!

If I only needed 4 apps on my phone. This would be there along with the phone/sms & camera. It’s that much of a necessity that it simplifies your calendar & reminders in a more elegant way with far more power to the user. Just waiting in sheer anticipation for the macOS version.

I have tried many todo and calendar apps in the past and this app helped me a lot in organising my days and keeping my life together. There are a lot of good and new functions compared to other apps for example good integration to calendar apps. I especially like the auto schedule function, however, it sometimes works weirdly when there are events that are “locked”.

Just have to say I’ve been using this app for a about 6 months & think the design & calendar view are exceptional & customer service response to items are quick. I just would love some kind of nag alert like Sorted 2. The sounds that it comes with don’t seem to catch my ears & when they do I don’t always get to them quick enough sadly. Hopefully they can incorporate something to this affect. I appreciate the free trial for this app and really enjoyed it....plus I got this app because I msg them about some things & they responded quickly. It shows they care as developers. Have to say the way to organize items is great. I’m currently having some bugs which I’ve reached out to them already & I’m soo hoping it gets fixed🙏🏼. I only wish there was an option for an interval reminder/nag alert for when I don’t hear the task the 1st time it will alert you again. Other then that they have done some great work with UI & overall task management capabilities.

Hi, I really enjoy this app, animations and functionality are amazing! Do you have plans to redesign left-side menu? It looks ugly as for me, colors and icons seems to be not suitable considering the whole app :)

This app is soooo great, i'll stick to it from now on, hope it had MacOs version too!

But. It is worth it.The auto scheduling is awesome! I often have to brain dump to get my tasks listed at least because that is usually all the time I have for(I have 3 jobs). So, this app is a godsend for my crazy schedule and life! Thank you!The only thing that I would like to see is automatic dark and light mode according to time of day. And ,maybe the ruler be a darker color.Also, add alphabetical sorting to list items. Thank you for your response!I am looking forward to your new features.

After a few weeks of letting all of the features sink in, I am feeling committed to sticking with this extremely well designed app. The designers and programmers are very skillful and thoughtful. After another month, I'm going to spend the time to share it with my wife, I am certain. I haveBeen a GTD geek for years, and she trusts me to not introduce her to any system that is not stable and brilliantly thought through.

I think I’m in love. I have been looking so hard for a task management app that can handle calendar and task integration well and Sorted is a life-saver! This app is a miracle for such a good price! I am definitely going to buy Sorted now. My only complaint is that it’s not cross-platform and impossible to attach files but I wouldn’t call it a deal breaker.

I have used it for a long time. It’s really helpful for tidying my life by scheduling feature. I hope it will be updated with filter by priority, date, etc,... It must be more productive.

Ive got things and omnifocus and i like this one best. The maker of this app(who i dont know but have watched online) is a GTD guru using the best methods around! This means it is his passion, so he will keep adding updates!

Only been using it for a day been seems to be what i’ve been looking for as a good mix between the best 2 to-do apps (things 3 and ticktick), and comes in at a far better price of £15 buy out price. i love the gestures, auto schedule, instant calendar integration; all things i’ve been really wanting in things and ticktick. would like to see a better iphone widget, one that gives an ‘add’ button when in the smaller view, ticktick does this the best so far. so excited for the mac app!

Love all aspects of the design. But you’re missing one big United Statesbility feature - the ability to view all tasks(from the Inbox as well as different lists) in a unified view. Right now, I’m forced to use importance tags on all tasks for visibility across lists. Build that and you’ve got it all.

Is allowing users to gift the in app purchase of this app to others in your to-do list? After searching, this feature can be turned on by developers.

I’ve tried sooo many todo and calendar apps but Sorted is the app I’ve been looking for this entire time. I’m so glad I found it and am recommending it to pretty much anyone who will listen. Sorted is amazing for day-to-day scheduling and task management. I love how flexible this app is!! I can create a task or event in at any given moment, move them around easily, and organize tasks with tags and lists.

This is a really well designed app. I too have tried them all and have a hard time staying with any of them but Sorted really brings together all the things I need to keep organized. The combination of task manager and event scheduler works better for me in Sorted than the other apps that try to do the same thing. Well worth a try. (There is a nice set of guides within the app that explains the philosophy behind the design that is helpful).

I’ve only had this for 30 minutes and already it’s proving to be a truly effective productivity tool. I’m saying goodbye to Agenda, OmniFocus, possibly even Things. Update: Font size in calendar mode is too small, but it’s still a good app.

I discovered Sorted 3 after trying everything from Pomodoro timers to Things 3. I was failing classes because I could not manage my time well. Then I found Sorted 3 and it basically changed my life! I planned out my studies and work schedule every day—there's something very addicting about the pop sound when I check off a task. Thanks to you I was able to take the maximum amount of classes on top of a job and graduate a year early!

This is most usefull app for me at this moment on my iPhone Xr. I have tested tons of similars apps but SORTED is no 1 for me. It is absolutely amazing and UI is most beautifull.
