This app is one I use all the time. It’s a way to include tasks and calendar events. I am learning more and more about it as I use it.

Recently I’ve been on the hunt for the ultimate triad of productivity apps. I wanted a beautiful and functional calendar app, a minimal to-do/reminder app, and a notes app with good sorting features. I tried Timepage with Things 3 and Bear, but Timepage was more beautiful than functional and Things was very expensive to have cross-device. I tried Agenda as an all in one, but it didn’t execute any of the three functions any better than the default Apple apps in my daily life. Then a blessed reddit user commented on a post I made about Things asking if I’d heard of Sorted3. As I’d never heard of it, I figured it would be the same as everything else. Despite this, I downloaded the app and started the 14-day free trial, and I’m so glad I did. Sorted is the perfect app for me. I am a university student and resident assistant so my days are fairly full. Previously I was using Outlook calendar to block out tasks as well as events, but after I had planned the day the calendar lacked feedback or quick rescheduling. Somehow Sorted has replaced both my calendar and my to-do apps. By integrating them seamlessly I am now able to shove a bunch of tasks into my inbox, estimate their durations, and let the app schedule my day. It instantly makes me aware of any issues of scheduling overload and unrealistic time expectations like many other reviewers have reported. One benefit that I haven’t seen many people talk about is the way that it makes your free time transparent. I used to assume I had no free time because I was constantly worrying about homework or studying or job-related tasks. Now that they are all time blocks in a calendar, I am suddenly able to see the true amount of free time that I have. This app has given me peace of mind and translated my schedule into a format I can easy understand. I am excited to see what the devs continue to do with this app, and I hope the MacOS app is still in the works because that would make this a perfect companion for me. I use this alongside Bear every day for a near-perfect productivity duo.

This is an excellent and polished app, well worth the asking price. The devs deserve their occasional sodas (and pizza too). I have tons of apps and ZERO subscriptions, and I get by just fine using a variety of tactics, calculated tradeoffs, and discipline. That will never change, so I’m happy to say I’ve added Sorted to my toolkit and you should as well.

I love this app!! Very easy to use and I love all of the features! A Mac friendly version would be awesome and very helpful too!! I’m looking forward to that when it comes and hoping there will be one soon!

There are several apps for tasking out there, and I must have tried most of them. While they each have particular features they’re mostly much of a muchness. Now and then one comes out that functions differently and has more to it, and this is one. It’s well integrated, and well thought out and the ability to re-set timings now and then throughout the day at the touch of a button is useful - because plans change! It also gives me a sense of whether I’m being unrealistic in terms of all the things I might be planning for the day. If I can see it’s impossible, I can re-think the priorities. This makes it very different from a conventional checklist. But it’s not cheap, not a throwaway, so it’s important to know if it’s actually going to work for you. Thankfully they provide a decent length free trial, and I found it just about long enough to make a decision. I find myself using it every day as my reference point, and keeps me on point rather than getting distracted or bogged down and fixated on some task or other, and for this it’s very much worth the money for me. The only downside is that the alarm doesn’t seem to be working quite right, inaudible for some reason. I’m hoping the high selling price indicates an intention to develop the app, and I look forward to that, and the squashing of this particular bug.

Tried lots of todo apps, but many don’t make provisions for pictures which I consider a must. Also don’t like the idea of having to sign up and put everything in the cloud. This app is perfect in my opinion.

Love this app. Its so awesome to rescedual your day. My task never gets done on the tome that they are set to be done. Stuff happens, and i need ro rescedual. This app you makes you do it in secods. I started using this app on the second time i downloadet it. I unstalled it the first time because i felt it was to advanced. But the second time i gave it a chance and read their guides. Im glad. My perfect todolist 🙌🙌🙌

I love how this app works, it actually makes me more productive since i have this need to schedule my todo things. There could be a view option to filter schedule tasks, that way it would be easy to map unschedule tasks.

After my less than stellar experience with other task management apps, I was reluctant to give this one a go. I'm glad you offered a trial period. I might have never tried it otherwise. This is an amazing app. The interface is fluid and intuitive. My tasks are reliably catalogued, easy to edit, and hassle-free to set up. Even complex tasks are a breeze to work with. I can breathe easier and work with confidence again. The price may seem steep at first. Considering it is a universal unlock across iOS devices, it is actually cheaper than some of the other contenders in this field. Kudos to you for keeping it decent. Please keep it this way. So many developers have become unreliable and overly greedy with no guarantees these days. Great job. Great app. Thanks for helping me get my life reliably in order again.

I’ve tried a LOT of ToDo apps, and every time, at some point it goes out of control and the list turns into a “wish” list. This app is exactly what I’ve been looking for, a way to SEE the tasks, mixed with calendar events. It’s so much easier to make a realistic plan, and actually get things done, which is hard when your day is filled with lots of meetings, and not a lot of time in between. Add to that emails, slack messages, and constant interruptions... Before, I’d just put stuff on the list, hoping I’d have the time to do it. This approach forces you to really think exactly what you want to accomplish, think how long it would take, so only concrete actionable items are added. Broad tasks don’t make sense. This may not sound real, but this app is really helping me manage my workload, and as a result I feel more focused and less stressed at the end of the day, having accomplished more and without that horrible feeling of realizing you still have lots of things on the list because you couldn’t even finish half of it. Thanks guys for creating this!

After this last update it’s great. Only wish I’m begging for is a nag alert or annoying alert. With a busy schedule of things it’s easy to not hear the alert of even the early notification alert 😩. But this a great time saving/task manager for all things needed to keep your schedule up to date Just have to say I’ve been using this app for a about 6 months & think the design & calendar view are exceptional & customer service response to items are quick. I just would love some kind of nag alert like Sorted 2. The sounds that it comes with don’t seem to catch my ears & when they do I don’t always get to them quick enough sadly. Hopefully they can incorporate something to this affect. I appreciate the free trial for this app and really enjoyed it....plus I got this app because I msg them about some things & they responded quickly. It shows they care as developers. Have to say the way to organize items is great. I’m currently having some bugs which I’ve reached out to them already & I’m soo hoping it gets fixed🙏🏼. I only wish there was an option for an interval reminder/nag alert for when I don’t hear the task the 1st time it will alert you again. Other then that they have done some great work with UI & overall task management capabilities.

Already great and frequently updated with very useful new features added regurlarly. A must!

It is a wonderful app: aesthetically pleasing, responsive, simple to use with a wide range of features. The only thing I am missing is the option to create ‘entry’ instead of ‘tasks’. While the app focus’s on tasks its formatted very much like a bullet journal. Unfinished tasks automatically carry through the next day without the option to create an entry and leave it on a specific day in the calendar (e.g. journal entry). Please develop this option. Thank you

Just the font should be a little bigger because even the Extra Large size is not as big as it should.

It’s not often you see new innovations in a task manager but this app lifts the bar on scheduling. In particular it’s intra-day scheduling makes a huge difference for the busy person aspiring to also be productive.

This is the best task manager/scheduler/task outliner available, bar none, end of discussion. There are ways to expand the app’s capabilities in the future, but the foundation is the only one I’ve found myself able to use on an active basis. It’s the perfect blend of scheduling, ideating, and the DESIGN IS KILLER!

Best calendar planner app I’ve ever used
